Question Packs
Interviewers do not walk into a call with a loose topic. They assemble equipment first: one play and one question pack. That assembled brief is what they take into the interview.
The unit: play × pack
| Piece | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Use Case | The entry-play hypothesis under test (region x use-case) |
| Question Pack | One set of questions for the given respondent type — i.e. which decision gates this person can best answer |
| Assembled brief | That play viewed through that pack |
How to assemble
- Name the play (
cluster × use case) from the Use-Case Hypothesis Register (clusters listed in Candidate Regions). - Choose the pack that matches the respondent type.
- Clone a copy of that pack page and fill the Assemble fields.
- Run Interview Conduct with the filled brief as your guide.
- Tag findings to gates of this play; do not wander across unrelated verticals.
Do not force every gate. Prioritise the pack’s primary gates; use secondary probes only when the respondent has direct knowledge.
