A Workshop for resilience.earth

Following on from our conversation last year about the regional accelerator, here’s a smaller starting point: a single workshop, built on the same technology and the same participatory approach, sized down to one afternoon.

Purpose and Value Proposition

An elevated rate of organisational learning.

You already know how to organise. What this workshop offers is a way to see the patterns within organising while it’s happening. Our process brings you into contact with our technology, so the shape of how your team works together becomes something you can look at together, in the room, rather than something everyone just senses.

What you’ll have afterward

A small, self-contained learning environment, built from data your team generates during the workshop through decentralised, participatory methods - not a form or a survey. Styled to your identity, hosted in your own cloud. It’s yours from the moment the day ends.

The day

Opening	A short presentation to set up the afternoon.
Workshop	The core exercise - participatory timelining, using your own organising process as the material.
Sense-making	We present back what the data shows, and the room works through it together.
Closing	Surfacing what’s opened up, and what might come next.

Timeline

• Up to one month before. Pre-design: agreeing schema and channels, light coordination across both teams.
• The workshop. One afternoon, as many of your team present as possible.
• Up to one month after. A remote reflection exercise, plus a couple of calls to harvest and integrate what came up. If it makes sense, this is also where we’d talk about a larger engagement.
